KFC Worcester-bad service

For the third time in a row we waited for almost half an hour for our food at KFC Worcester. When we finally got in front we asked why we waited so long and they said that they waited for the wings. Then we said that we didn't even order wings and then they asked what our order was...wow we just went to another place, because that was pathetic! What happened to the good and quick service we used to have?
