KFC woodmead bad service

I was a fan of KFC until I received the service I did at KFC woodmead. My colleagues and I travel alot and KFC is normally our every day choice. I received a message informing me of a special at KFC. I normally get home late so I order take outs 90% of the time. The chicken was uncooked and was soft as if it was left in cold oil. We normally try to avoid that branch because we know the service we receive and the quality of the meals we get from KFC woodmead.
