KFC wont pay

I went to KFC Heidelberg on the 1st February 2016. I had taken out my family. I ordered and paid with my bank card. The cashier made me swipe twice as the 1st machine ran out of the roll. I asked her if I won't be billed twice and she said no. Two days later I checked my statement and KFC had debited twice as the other amount was pending. A week later I went with my bank statement to KFC Heidelberg and was told I that the finance department is in Limpopo. I was called by the heard office that they did not collect the money and maybe my money is with their bank or my bank. my bank confirmed that they did pay the money to KFC till to date I haven't been refunded. Please help
