KFC WON'T GIVE ME MY REFUND AFTER 4 MONTHS!!

KFC (SAFARI GARDENS RUSTENBURG) never refunded my money for an order they failed to deliver in April 2022. I called multiple times to be told they're still attending to the case or the finance department still has to attend to it.

I'm tired of calling only to be sent from pillar to post.

I placed an order on 27 April 2022 at KFC Safari Gardens in Russtenburg. They **** and said the order was on the way and then they called me and couldn't get hold of me so the delivery person returned to the store with my order. I was then told I'll get my refund and I'm still waiting!!!

I give this service a minus 1000 period!!!!!!
