KFC with no meat or what's advertised

Arrived at KFC store at 18:55 after entering the store had atleast 7 people waiting for their orders once placing order I request for the R100 promotion lady says since they closing can't sell which i fail to understand why as they have the meat so after I say 2 streetwise 2 one with a breast other with drum and thigh she says she can't aswell cause they closing I clearly state my order is the last in store so I have no problem waiting says she can't I must just accept anything I get her name tag was written Ipha after paying she gives me R5 in 20cents coins I request to see the manager then she says no manager isn't around how is a store not able to serve meat or what is being advertised or give proper change or not have a manager around they are in a rush to knock off and leave not serving or giving customers what the store serves
