Kfc with all there issues

I have i question....

I can order a dunked burger via Mr deliver but I can't order it directly from kfc?? . Really... How does that make sense at all... Kfc iam so disappointed. Your the only fast food restaurant that Awlays have these tapes of issue.... The you have dunked wings then you don't... The you have it on the menu then you have it off the menu.... The you can order... The you can't.. It's really ridiculous....
