KFC Wings are a joke

I am not happy wit the service I get from KFC I wait an hour for my order this is the second time this has happened where I place an order for Zinger and Dunked wings including 3 streetwise 2 meals , I get told that I would wait 15 minutes for wings however on both occasions I have waited for just under an hour which is ridiculous and it consistently happens. Why put something on the menu if you can't deliver it in a reasonable time its shocking.
