KFC Wilrogate - Repeated blunders

I've been a loyal customer of KFC Wilrogate for years, but I'm really getting sick of their service lately. They repeatedly mess up our orders, even after we ask the cashier to repeat the order.

Tonight we specifically mentioned to the cashier that our previous order was wrong and she said she would personally check it. We were told to park and wait 7 minutes for the dunked wings, which were not ready. We ended up having to wait exactly 30 minutes. We only got our order after going in and complaining about the wait. When I got home there were only 2 wings in the box.

The previous time my wife ordered a streetwise 3 and when we got home there were only 2 pieces of chicken. The time before that we ordered 8 wings, and when we got home we only received 4. Keep in mind that each time we were billed for what we ordered, but ended up getting less. Before that we've also had to return to the restaurant to have our orders rectified, but I can't remember the exact orders.

I can't understand how an establishment can be so useless.
