KFC will ***** your money!

My husband and I just bought food at KFC Bela Bela. The cashier at the drive through asked whether we wanted extra cheese and we specifically stayed that we did not. We paid and upon receiving our receipt together with our food, we saw that we had been charged for two additional slices of cheese. When we opened our food, there was NO additional cheese. We thus paid for something that we didn't want in the first place and which we did not even receive.

This is not the first time that KFC stole our money. We have previously been charged R2 for add hope even though we always state that we do NOT want to add hope.

This is appaling service. It is also not my first bad review about KFC. Don't offer me free food to apologize. Just give me back my money! #disgusted
