KFC will not bring KFC to woman on crutches

We work in offices that are in the same centre as the KFC, not even a ten minute walk from the KFC to here. A colleague and I ordered food that week on the 8th of June and it was brought to us. Upon contacting the KFC on the Friday the 12th of June, the manager refused to send one person to deliver KFC to a colleague of mine who was in a bad accident and is on crutches of which he was made well aware. According to 'Tita', the manager on duty at Eastgate KFC at around half past one insists that they do not deliver, however, they have delivered to us a few times before then. It was not a big order, just a street wise 3 piece and he could not spare one person for ten minutes to bring food to a women who could not walk there herself.
