Kfc, Why?

I placed an order via the call ordering system for delivery. I queried about the offer for 9 piece with chips, mash for R199. I was told there was no such offer.

I ordered normally anyway. I realized that the price i was charged for all the items were way higher that in the branches.

I saw today in the newspaper the offer for R199 is valid

My questions are..

1. Why was i denied the offer? 2. For the items i ordered why was i charged more than i should have been charged
