KFC where's the chips??

I went to KFC Okovango drive through and ordered 2 medium chips, a wrap and a burger. They asked us to wait in the parking lot for our food. After waiting a ridiculous 20 minutes, we got our food, only to realize when we got home, there is only one chips.

We were in contact with KFC on Facebook and they sent us an SMS with a code for a "free" chips. The next day we went back to order the chips with another meal. After ordering, the code did not work. The woman that helped us got frustrated with us and were rude.

We are very unhappy, as we already went back and got the same service.
