KFC what happens to finger licken good

Yesterday after picking up my kids from school I decided to treat them for lunch and decided to stop at KFC Galeshewe Kimberley and make use of their drive through service.Worst decision ever.Ordered a crunch burger meal and a Colonel burger meal and a water.Now getting to the window to pay I found the cashier without a facemask.Ok while paying and waited for my order I asked the cashier 2 please just throw a poweraid bottle in the dustbin to which she rep**** they dont have one.Came the meal burned fillets in the burgers how does KFC served burned fillets.This was the worst ever experience I ever had at KFC I mean what happened to ****** licken good
