KFC WF Nkomo Poor service and unproffessional staff

I was recently at KFC Palms in Pretoria, WF Nkomo street. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes after I paid for my order. There was however only 1 car infront of me. When I proceeded to get my order I was however still friendly and I thanked the lady inside for the order and asked her why it was taking so long, she looked me in the face rolled her eyes and turned around and walked away. By this time my Iced coffee that I ordered was obviously melted as it was probably made immediately and I was late for work! I was very disgusted with the service I received and this KFC which I went to on weekly basis will not see me again.
