KFC Westwood Mall not paying staff incentive

The staff worked in December, January holidays, met the targets and were promised the incentives in January. It was presented to the store this week and the manager and HR insist that they use the complete amount of R10000+ to have a staff party which most of staff is objecting too and i want the complete amount due to me of R1000 deposited into my account which is available to them. I do not want to participate in this party.
