Kfc Westridge sucks bigtime

Worst experience ever.... They have nothing but chicken.... Yesterday my chips was hard tonight I spent 1 hour in a line plus this lady has no customer service.... And this is my 5th visit so far.... I even recorded this lady coz she can't even take a simple order
