KFC Westridge Mitchell's plain worse franchise ever -they are *******

I went to KFC Westridge Mitchell's plain yesterday as I normally do as its the closest to me. I wanted to buy Tuesday special of 6 PC chicken @ r69 and was blatantly told that they not selling special today because its month end, I argued saying that no t and c's on website shows this and cashier said she got instruction from manager and only following orders. Manager said that its the rule because of month end .... This is the stupidest reason I ever heard, this is evidence of a greedy franchise taking advantage of a community where people do not always stand up for themselves. I left KFC Westridge and drove to KFC Rockland's which is 5 minutes away and was met with good friendly, prompt device and they sold me the special... NO issues at all. I double checked with them and they advised that there is no such rule about month end exceptions on promotional deals... This further validated my argument KFC Westridge Mitchell's plain is a bad practising organizations that takes our money and does not even grant you the customer a promotion to reward customers... I'll never step a foot in KFC Westridge Mitchell's plain again and will ensure that all family , friends community never does. I am a complaints manager by profession and know the damage reputation does, I do not intend in leaving this as is as the consumer regulators will be made aware of this unfair, unjust practice.
