KFC were Customer Service doesn't matter

It has been more than a week now since a communicated my disappointed with KFC in the level or lack of customer service I have experience at several KFC within the Western Cape. I still haven't receive any feedback , it just confirmed customer service really doesn't matter for KFC. Their staff are unfriendly, arrogant, slow and just don't care about their customers. It has also become very evident that their attitude has affected the quality of the food.
