KFC Welkom Free State

On 17th June at around 7 pm was at Power Road KFC welkom 3 situated at Caltex/Sasol Fuel Station ,wow what a treatment i am there to order food while queueing had to use the toilet ,i get there one of the staff member requests a R2 to use the toilet since i had to use it then paid ,then i get back now requesting my money back since the lavatory is paying customers i get attitude and being told they use it for cleaning supplies such as tissues and soaps where do i even fit to those things , the casher has the odersity to leave me there standing like a fool and just walk away from me without any assistance ,i am very dissapoited in that level of customer service even left the place without buying anything believe you me it will be for the last time i and my family including relatives and friends ever set our unappreciated feet in that establishment
