KFC Welgemoed Forum, is it a Yay or Nay in future

Once again disappointed by KFC and their inability to offer a quality meal , this time I'm adding Welgemoed forum to the list of disappointing KFC which is sad because I'm from Goodwood and I drive to Welgemoed to get KFC either on my way home or just because I refuse to support

KFC N1 City Mall .. THE WORST KFC EVER KFC N1 City - worst chicken KFC Voortrekker - worst service

And now KFC Welgemoed.... Bad service + wrong pieces of chicken + old chips ... ???

Tonight the KFC from Welgemoed was just unacceptable, the chicken was cold and oily , the service was terrible , although this is the second time it's been like this , in previous visits they have been better hence why it's worth driving a bit further

However if it continues like this I will just add them to my list of business that will not see my business or will I have anything decent or proper to say about the establishment like it's counterparts

Order was for 3 x KFC streetwise two's Breast + Drumstick with fresh chips please

What was I given , 3 x streetwise two's with a drumstick and a tiny thigh , the smallest little pieces of chicken, and the reason I'm complaining is ... Because the last two occasions KFC Welgemoed has been a let down ..

You paying a decent price for the meal , I expect a decent meal and more importantly what I asked for !

I gave them a Stella review previously but I now take it back I'm not happy and I would like the meals replaced ASAP

Here is the slip information and I have photos of the meals , I feel like boycotting KFC because I'm so sick of this shoddy level of service and inability of attendants to get the order correct

I'm not driving from Goodwood to Welgemoed to Goodwood back to Welgemoed to replace the meals and then back to Goodwood !!

Please arrange replace of my 3 meals with the Owner / manager or franchisee and I will collect them after work , I thought I had found a KFC that was able to deliver a quality experience

Unlike N1 city mall KFC and KFC N1 value centre and KFC Voortrekker it seems you get a series of bad meals !! I WONT AND DONT SUPPORT THEM AND ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE KFC

You should also have me on record as this isn't the first time I've complained about a KFC but I'm tired of spending money on a meal and feeling dissatisfied!!

I will review the customer services on helloPeter so let's see if your customers services is better than the outlet service

It shouldn't be difficult to give the customer the right pieces of chicken and make sure they are hot and fresh , that chips don't taste like cardboard and perhaps provide more than 3 chips , which is what came with my meal .. shocking !!

Perhaps also make sure your staff know the difference between a breast and a thigh ...
