KFC Waverley Pretoria

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>This is regarding the poor service at KFC Waverley Pretoria I have recieved today at 15:00. The drive through was full of customers wating on their food. I went to the drive through and find that no KFC employee was handing out the food. I requested to see the manger and this manager name is Johannes and I told him to hand out the food. He told me I have to wait. Now to tell this to a customer and other customers also waiting is NOT CORRECT. I have waited 45min for my food and it was cold and my krusher melted. I will post this on facebook as the emplyees of KFC at Waverley dont care about the customers.If this is not getting to the attention of higher Managers this will make KFC as a useless place to get food.</p>
