KFC Waverley food not up to standard

Am totally disappointed with the All in one feast purchased at Kentucky at Waverley plazza today. The chips was very dry and chicken pieces was cold. Not as tasty as purchased on previous occasions. What i also found very annoying that items items was displayed on the receipt which is not included in the meal ordered. Although these items was not billed i dont see the reason for these items to be on the receipt. When items are purchased at a supermarket or shop only the items bought are printed on the receipt
