KFC Waterstone village

I used to love stopping by Kfc to order a quick meal but these days everytime I order streetwise meals or family treats when I get home the chicken are stale and chewy. It's is definitely from the day before. The chips are old, wrinkly and flavorless. I ordered 2 streetwise 3 yesterday and again this morning and both batches were old, rubbery and stale. When I order drinks with ice I get drinks that are warm without ice. The staff just don't listen..

I have spoken to the staff 3 times already and it still happens. I am very disappointed as I used to love Kfc but next time I'll think twice before buying again....

I mean how much food are they preparing before the time that they have so much old food that they sell for another day or 2...
