KFC Waterstone selling poisonous chicken

This is for KFC Waterstone Somerset West, South Africa

It’s supposed to be open until 10pm, I come in there on a Thursday evening at 9:20pm and I’m told to go somewhere else as they not cooking anymore chicken. The second time I order a classic chicken wrap midday and end up with food poisoning, I notify the manger( not asking for a refund, only to make her aware of the issue). Her response is I must prove it was KFC. I then placed a formal complaint with KFC head office, only to be ignored. Tonight is the final straw, I have been at a work function all day, need something to eat, walk in at 9:45pm to be told I must go somewhere else as they have nothing to serve me.
