KFC Waterstone

I am totally disappointing in the service we got at KFC Waterstone. We went to the KFC at Sanctury, Somerset West and they told us we have to wait 20min because the power was going off and they did nothing but wait for the power to go off. We went to KFC Waterstone and went through the Drive through because it was so late already. The lady told us to go and wait in the parking for 3min. After 3min we went inside and they said we have to go to the drive through because they cant help in front, which we did and the lady also did not know about the order. I gave them my receipt and told them to sort it out, they totally ignored me and just went on with their other orders. I had to buy pies at the garage across the road for my guests! I told them to give back my money and they also had a problem with that, after arguing they gave it back. I asked them who the manager was and they told me its Jean and they no one knows his surname??? This is totally disappointing!!!
