kfc watergate pathetic customer service

Good day I am very disappointed and frustrated in the pathetic customer service at kfc watergate. I am working at the hospital nearby to the mall and each time in the morning on my way to work while stopping for a coffee or breakfast they are never open on time. Their notice shows open mon-thu 7am-24am, but each time the staff has a poor excuse for not being open at the time it shows and there is no communication from their side while myself and others are standing like fools waiting for 7am. Please if this unproffesional manner of serving working people can be resolved by higher management it would be greatly appreciated. Please note only at kfc watergate have I gotten such bad service.
