KFC Waterfall Mall Rustenburg

I was at KFC and ordered but waited for over 30 min order number 2415, people came in and left me inside while I was waiting I placed another on their self help machine order 1204 and they couldn’t pick it up on the system I had to wait again and surprisingly when I got home order 1204 was incomplete. The staff is not professional at all I’m now eating food I paid in full for but eating less than I ordered.South Africa check your orders when ordering from KFC waterfall mall poor service
