KFC WALTER MABOPANE

I always buy my lunch at KFC Walter in mabopane,lately when I go there to eat its either we stand long ques.,then they tell us what we want it's out of stock. Today I went there I ordered variety lunch box I was told they don't have cheese. The service is very bad. Please assist
