KFC Vorna Valley, Midrand ALWAYS gets my orders WRONG

KFC Vorna Valley, Midrand ALWAYS gets my orders WRONG. They never include my extra orders, forget the drinks or don't put any sachets at all only serviettes. I always ask the drivers to ask them if they included a certain order and today I receive a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL response from the 'kfc Manager' on the app. I only order for my housekeeping and that's the only reason why I keep ordering, If I had the time to cook for them myself I would because I'm really sick of this incompetence! Highly disappointed!
