KFC Vorna Valley

I was seated at KFC Vorna Valley today. There was a lady doing some sort of training at KFC as there were staff seated around her and they all had these notes or a training manual in front of them. I took offence to a line that she read from this manual which says that you need to treat especially "Black" customers with cheer.
