Kfc voorbaai.... worst service ever

Good day I need help.. Kfc in voorbaai. In the greater mosselbay Its not the first time or im not the first person that i know of We had a view times the worst experience from them than any other kfc in mosselbay las night was the last for me and i los it

Im working shifts and last night i was working night shift and kfc voorbaai is the only fast food restaurant that was open so me and my colleague wen there and bought an fully loaded box meal

We ordered and got the meals and drove of just to find out later we got coleslaw instead of mash and gravy so we wend back and we spoke to the manager the manager just said we dont have mash and gravy

Instead of informing me they just added the coleslaw (something i will never eat) So i told her that im dont eat it so she told me then she can only replace it with an regular chips(that i didn't want ) I told her give me anything els even an zinger wing Her answer to me was take the chips or leave it

After this i will never buy at any kfc again as well as my colleagues
