KFC - Virginia Branch the worst

So much disappointment at KFC Virginia, 1 branch number not answered for 30 minutes 2, no webside for online orders 3,pure disrespect from Victoria and Setsoto - Virginia Branch Free State, 4 extra long cue at 20:00 for payments only; Wow! And we keep on going back there !!!! Wow wow wow. The same issues I had at the kroonstad branch when KFC called to try and correct all of this B/S. The problem is that these people surly think we don't have the platform to place our views on?? Wow!!!
