KFC Virginia

111461 My order for delivery . My first ever order in Virginia Free State. We called twice and spoke to the o800 number. The final called after 2 hrs was advised that the order was cancelled due to unavailability delivery service. Again - A whole Chicken is 9 pcs.... I had 3 pcs of wings?? 1 thigh , 2 ribs 2 drumstick and one breast. Do a chicken have 3 wings???
