Kfc very bad service!!!!

<p>So every time for the last 7 times I wanted to buy kfc in pta east and centurion I had to wait 20 min- this wAs in the co**** of 3 months I mean really how can we always have to wait 20 min if that is what they specialize in?????? I'm very disappointed in the service of kfc!!!!!! If chicken is what they specialize in I mean it should be readily available! It's not like I go at 3 am or 10 pm I go on normal hours and that is what service they give. I'm gravely disappointed!!!!please see that your service improve!!!! If I have to go to one more kfc in South Africa that gives me this poor service I will forever stop buying I will start supporting ONLY Burger King and Mac Donald's as I have never had to wait for any service with them. I'm very dissatisfied with the service of most kfc's!!!!' This is it!!! I had to pick a star but kfc deserves no star at all that how immensely I'm disappointed!!!</p>
