KFC Verulam - worst fast food service

KFC verulam. Has the worse service ever. They first of all tell me that they don't have e ice cream as the machine is broken...... The dont have chicken at 4:45pm as they forgot to make more. How nice, 20min wait for fast food. I could have cooked the meal faster and cheap from home.
