KFC Vanderbijlpark CBD TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am very disappointed in KFC Vanderbijlpark CBD, Tonight 3rd September 2023 at just before 8pm i ordered a streetwise 5 with chips and ordered a extra piece to make it 6 pieces through the drive thru. I was told that the chicken is not ready and I must wait 25 minutes. This already is ridiculous for customers to wait that long, but I waited. In that time KFC Staff members brought out food to other customers , but not to me. 25 minutes went past and still no food, I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. I went inside the store and asked them why is it taking so long as they said 25 minutes and its been more than that. The staff member checked on the shelf and found my food there, I don't know how long its been laying there. I felt the chicken and could feel that's its already starting to cool down, by the time i got home the chicken was low temperature.

This is terrible service from a big Franchise like KFC. First of all to make customers wait "25" minutes because the food is not ready and then for 25 minutes to past and they don't even bring your food to the car as promised. This is also not the first time that I have had to wait for food, I have seen a trend with KFC Vanderbijlpark CBD, that when it comes to night time they don't cook enough chicken and wait for customers to come in before they cook more chicken. I have also googled KFC Vanderbijlpark now and have found other complaints over the years on tripadvisor about the same thing. I hope something gets done because the is riduculous.
