I do not even know where to flippen start! Worse service ever! The lady taking the orders over the speaker is having such a wonderful loud conversation with her fellow workers the hell with the customer waiting for her to take my order. I had to close my window because I could not even hear myself think! At the order window and still this lady is shouting for a lady with the name Thato because she does not know how to take my order. The hell with the customer once again.... The lady Florence Is not professional and will cause this business to loose clients. I have been supporting this branch for 6 years and guess what they will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. The manager Thabo did not have much to say all he had to say was he will talk to his manager? What type of a leader is that? No wonder there is no service at this branch! I think all the staff should go for training and your branch needs a serious service audit or even a mystery shopper so that you can see how bad your staff assist clients that brings in your income. After I spoke to Thabo the front end lady and the one giving out the drive thru orders started giggling -. How about keeping your conversations for when you not busy with clients?
