KFC Valhalla

On 27 Oct 2023 I bought 2 x Oreo treats. After I payed and receive the treats, I was told that they don't have s p o o n s. That was it, "sorry sir but we don't have stock. How do you sell ice cream in a tub without a s p o o n?? If I was informed about this at the time when I placed my order, then I would have the choice if I still wanted it or not. Later that evening I sent a complaint to KFC. By 1 Nov 2023, still no reply from KFC. Really KFC, really??
