KFC VaalMall service is pathetic

KFC VaalMall, service is horrible. They call themselves a 24hr outlet. I was told to go to the drive through which was closed. We had to go to the window to place an order, but there was no one was serving us, at night in the rain waiting for someone to help us. I waited for 15 min, and no one acknowledging us. I left.
