KFC, Vaal Mall disgusting treatment

I am very disappointed with the treatment that was given to my 60 year old mother on Sunday. My mom was not well and needed food, to top it all off it was freezing cold outside and the store had about 2-3 customers in it. There is a man who chased her out because she had a trolley that was not even full. Honestly this is disgusting and it's the 1st KFC that this has happened in. She always does her shopping and enters a close by KFC with her trolley. She had to wait for me outside and we had to find a spot for her to sit and eat. I mean what harm can a trolley do?
