KFC V&A Waterfront

KFC V&A Waterfront: So yesterday after work I decided to get supper and thought KFC in the waterfront would be the quickest option. I placed and order and the total was just under R400, a couple of burger meals and a family meal and a few servings of wings. The wait time was just over an hour! This was absolutely insane, now bare in mind that the wait time was not the worst of it. Got home and dishes for my family, that's when I really got upset. The quality of the food was absolutely terrible. The chicken was dark and clearly left too long, the one burger looked as if someone had pushed their thumb through it, the chips had no seasoning on it and the wings were dry as hell. It was hands down the worst KFC I've had. Now let give my observation while waiting on my food, there were quite a few mall staff buying food during the time I was standing there and I noticed that although they just placed their orders they were getting their food very quickly. They have obviously built relationships with the people who work there and what was happening is that the staff were actually giving them the orders which were intended for other customers. A complete waste of time!!!
