Kfc v&a waterfront

<p>Hello peter</p> <p> </p> <p>On 28.10.2016 time 17:39 i bought streetwise 5 at kfc waterfront( at till 12, Cashier Lazola), then immediately i changed my mind and wanted Family treat with 6 pieces. When asking the cashier to change the order or to cancell and process a new order, she denied , saying i bought with card, it wont be possible to void the order unless it was a cash purchase.Then i asked for a manager who confirmed the same. To me it does not make any business sense to implement speed point payment if alterations cannot be made to suit customers needs. I am very sad , the managers are not customer centric .worse we waited from 17:39 and only got the ordet @ 18:10. I wouldnt recommend any of my family or friens to buy from there.</p>
