KFC useless as expected

Went to the drive through on Sunday afternoon at the Rifle Range store.

They took the order of a Streetwise 1 Pap and 2 Hawaian twisters. Processed card payment but when we got to the collection window we are told there is no Pap by a rude male with no nametag claiming he was the manager. We then suggested that they then change the order to a plain twister and his reply was "eish" then it will cost more. We then said to cancel the whole order from hence he said they won't do that as it takes 3 days for the money to reflect back in our account, don't we rather want to change the order?? Like did we not say that?!!

When we said again that they must change it to a plain twister he complained that its more expensive. We told him that's not a problem but he still hummed and aaahed about it.

Got home with the meals.... All three twisters were plain, and to top it off they must have thought its vegetarian as there was no chicken in 2 of them and 1 small piece in the other, out of spite or just poor service??

Next time I will rather drive to Alberton, where they tend to run out of chicken on a tuesday, at least there they give service even when there is no food.
