KFC useless and rude

I placed an order last night from KFC Florida and the driver never pitched. Now the rude customer care consultant informed me that I have to wait for 7 to 14 days for a refund. I will never order KFC again and the customer care consultant doesn't really do anything to assist you. They are just rude.....
