KfC Use Bare Hands to prepare food

Kfc Sandown Crossing - waiting for my order at the window i saw a lady preparing burgers using onky her hands, no gloves. When i called for the manager he let me know that KFC don't use gloves, they sanitise their hands so they dont need gloves... So i put this to you, whilst this lady is preparing burgers she might pick her nose, scratch her butt or squeeze her zits and continue making orders. This is not standard practice at KFC surely?
