I'm very disappointed in KFC Upington!😡

Words can't even describe how I feel!

I went to get KFC takeaways. I strictly asked to change the one Fully Loaded Box meals mush and gravy with a coleslaw. They told me I must pay extra for the replace of the salad because their head office said they can't no longer exchange it. Then not even to speak about the personal that gives a customer attitude. I didn't even receive the correct order. In place of a piece of chicken they have give me 4 pieces of zinger wings!😡😡😡

I really hope their head office sees this complain because it's not the first time!
