KFC UP TO ****

We placed an order with the Call Centre on the 31/05/2019 at 10am to be delivered at 12pm. After numerous calls to the call centre to find out where the order is and being told that the driver is in the area,yet 2 hours passed and still nothing. We eventually got transferred to the store and then was told out order never placed!!!! Absolutely ridiculous coming from such a well known fast food place!! If they cannot handle the amount of orders, they shouldn't bite more than they can chew!!!!
