KFC Unsung Hero

I bought streetwise 2 with pap on Friday at the Rosebank outlet. When I got home, I realised that the pap was not according to the usual KFC standards. I took pictures and called KFC Rosebank to lodge a complaint. The call was answered by Siyabonga and we agreed that we would meet on Monday. Today I went to the outlet, had a chat with Siyabonga, showed him the pictures and expressed my concerns. I was still angry as that meal was supposed to be my dinner, but Siya quickly disarmed me with his charm. He is a good listener, he understood my position, asked me to send him the pictures so he could show the staff who did this with a view to improve the quality. I was impressed by the way he handled this matter. He made sure that an angry customer who had vowed not to buy at that outlet again, will return again for his usual meals. This guy is an asset, a gem, a pure diamond to the KFC brand.
