KFC unreliable ONLINE system

Received no order number from KFC ONLINE, after payment went through from my account, system showed a page about start page. So money gone from my account and I cannot have my food because I system didn't place the order. I am very unhappy, called the specific KFC and no order was received. I am never using KFC online.
