Kfc unhappy client

I placed an order for delivery at 10am at 11:36 my order still hadn't arrived and I called In again and spoke to a consultant who promised to call back and didn't when I called In again I spoke to the manager in Denlyn who was rude when my order finally arrived it was incorrect, and I still had to pay for it
